Benefits DC 37, in conjunction with the Central Labor Council, refers children of members (ages 7-14) to several excellent camps outside New York City. All of the camps are run by non-profit organizations with many years of experience working with children. The average camp stay is two or three weeks. All camps are interracial and nonsectarian. The fee to union parents starts at $200 per week and is paid directly to the camp. This fee does not cover the full weekly cost. Registration information will appear in the Public Employees Press. For information, call (212) 815-1700.
