Dept. of Education offers training
THE DEPT. OF Health and Mental Hygiene and the Dept. of Education sponsored a workshop for nurses, physicians and social workers during their annual professional development week. Several members of the United Federation of Nurses and Epidemiologists Local 436 attended the Aug. 31 seminar at the City College of New York in Manhattan.
The all-day seminar included prominent speakers on the topics of human trafficking and infection control and concluded with a question-and-answer session.
