South Koreans visit union
A delegation of civil service workers from South Korea came to visit DC 37 for an exchange of ideas.
The 16-member delegation was from the Chungnam provisional government and met with several DC 37 leaders on Nov. 1 at union headquarters.
“We always look forward to meeting municipal workers and sharing our experience and ideas with them. To be able to sit down with people from South Korea is a special honor,” said DC 37 Associate Director Oliver Gray.
After the New York visit, the delegation was scheduled for another meeting with union groups in Washington, D.C., before returning to South Korea.
