The DC 37 Political Action Department will hold its 7th Annual Grassroots Lobbying Institute on Saturday, March 10, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at union headquarters, 125 Barclay St.

The Lobbying Institute offers members the opportunity to learn about the legislative process as well as the keys to successful lobbying.

In addition, a legislative leader will be invited to speak about effective lobbying from the point of view of a lawmaker.

DC 37’s political organization is widely acknowledged to be one of the most effective operations of its kind in the state. A key element of DC 37’s success is the active participation of its members.
