If you are feeling stressed out at your job or misunderstood at home and you feel there is no relief in sight, take advantage of the four-night Stress Buster workshops.
The sessions will be offered to members in March from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Please join to learn how you can deal with your stress. Topics will include:
- How to deal with stressful situations on the job as well as stress at home
- Gaining effective tools
- Learning how to ask for what you need
- Learning and practicing new relaxation techniques that can prevent stress buildup or relieve tension when you are feeling stressed.
