A representative of the DC 37 Health and Security Plan is now available to help members, Mondays through Thursdays from 6 to 8 p.m. in the ground floor lobby at 125 Barclay St. At the new lobby help desk, members can get help with dental, drug, disability, optical and death benefits as well as COBRA, eligibility, enrollment and health insurance.

Help is also available in Room 314 at (212) 815-1309, Mondays through Thursdays, 12 to 6 p.m. and Fridays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The new facility is in addition to the services provided by the Plan’s Inquiry Unit, Mondays through Thursdays, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Fridays, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
