Local 2507 and Local 3621 members honored in Harlem
Honor is due to the brave and hardworking members of locals 2507 and 3621 at EMS Station 16 in Harlem for their efforts. The station received numerous accolades at a ceremony on March 25. Among the numerous awards were citations of Unit of the Month for two Local 2507 EMT units at the station. Both units were consistently among the highest performing in their response to 911 calls. As well, several Station 16 officers were honored as Officers of the Quarter for July to September and October to December of last year. Members of Local 3621 showed exemplary leadership in their work at one of the hardest working stations in New York City, known as “Harlem’s Heart and Soul.” Congratulations to our DC 37 members, who never quit in providing the needed services to our city.
