Outreach program seeks volunteers

The DC 37 Health & Security Plan’s Personal Service Unit invites retirees and pre-retirees to apply to be trained as paraprofessional volunteers in the Outreach Program.

Volunteering consists of three to four hours of work each week during the day. The duties will involve helping union members who may have personal problems in the areas of health, disability, finances, work, family and retirement. All volunteers will receive excellent training and will find themselves involved in a meaningful volunteer activity.
