Laborer Tina Russo, operates her fork lift truck at Queens College, not in Manhattan, as the May issue of PEP stated incorrectly.

She is a member of Local 924, which, after working for seven years without a contract, recently received a favorable preliminary determination from the New York City Comptroller’s Office on its prevailing-rate claim.
