PEP 9-11 Special: We will never forget

District Council 37 Executive Director Lillian Roberts
dedicates a plaque Sept. 24 outside union headquarters
at 125 Barclay Street in lower Manhattan, one block
north of World Trade Center site. With Mrs. Roberts is
Virginia Quinn, widow of late Emergency Medical
Service Lieutenant Ricardo Quinn, one of the four
DC 37 members who perished on 9/11.

A bronze plaque unveiled Sept. 24 at DC 37 honors four members who died Sept. 11, 2002, and the working men and women who joined in the rescue and recovery.
