With Mrs. Roberts is Virginia Quinn, widow of late Emergency Medical Service Lieutenant Ricardo Quinn, one of the four DC 37 members who perished on 9/11.   A bronze plaque unveiled Sept. 24 at DC 37 honors four members who died Sept. 11, 2002, and the working men and women who joined in the rescue and recovery.
