DC 37 Executive Director Lillian Roberts (right) receives a certificate in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the labor community from Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton during the 7th annual African-American Heritage celebration held on Sunday, February 25 at DC 37 headquarters in Lower Manhattan.

District Council 37 is the city's largest public employee union with 121,000 members and 50,000 retirees.
