Lillian Roberts overwhelmingly re-elected for third term
Ms. Roberts (center) is joined by newly re-elected Treasurer Maf Misbah Uddin (right of Roberts), President Veronica Montgomery-Costa (left) and Secretary Cliff Koppelman (left of Roberts) for the swearing in ceremony of newly elected DC 37 Executive Board members. Twenty positions on the Board were up for election on January 23 and all went to Ms. Roberts' supporters.

On Tuesday, January 23rd Roberts won her third term as Executive Director by a wide margin, defeating challenger Charles Ensley for the second consecutive time.

District Council 37 is the city's largest public employee union with 121,000 members and 50,000 retirees.
