on District Council 37

"We had an extremely productive meeting yesterday and I am excited about the future of District Council 37. DC 37's leaders are committed to building the strongest union they can and moving beyond internal divisions and issues. To help manage this effort, we've established a special committee with Executive Director Lillian Roberts and International Vice President Charles Ensley. Lee Saunders, former administrator of District Council 37, will convene the committee. Lillian Roberts will continue to have complete authority to manage the council as its leader."
