Training for Hospital Division staff

The DC 37 Hospitals Division held a weekend staff retreat Nov. 18-21, that included educational workshops on grievances, the contract and techniques for improving communication skills. DC 37 Executive Director Lillian Roberts thanked the union reps for their hard work on behalf of members. Municipal Hospital Employees Local 420 President Carmen Charles emphasized the important role of the staff in the workplace. Hospitals Division Director Audrey McConney, Assistant Director Tyler Hemingway and Professional Division Director Stephanie Velez organized the retreat.
