Health and Hospitals Productivity Program

The Health and Hospitals Productivity Program is a joint partnership in progress between labor and management.

The following hospitals and health care facilities currently participate in the HHC Productivity Program: Bellevue Hospital Center, Coney Island Hospital, Elmhurst Hospital Center, Harlem Hospital Center, Jacobi Medical Center, Kings County Hospital Center, Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center, Metropolitan Hospital Center, North Central Bronx Hospital, Queens Hospital Center, Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center, Coler Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center, Gouverneur Health, Henry J. Carter Specialty Hospital and Nursing Facility, Dr. Susan Smith McKinney Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, and Sea View Hospital Rehabilitation Center Home.

HHC Productivity Program Committees

  • Recommend programs that ensure and facilitate increased productivity and improve staff morale.
  • Communicate between labor and management to enhance the serving of patients.
  • Provide motivation and educational experiences to support personal growth and awareness, thereby enhancing productivity.

The HHC Productivity Program Committees meet twice monthly. The ad hoc committees meet upon request.
