CUNY TENTATIVE ECONOMIC AGREEMENT (June 1, 2021 to January 9, 2027)
District Council 37 and New York Governor Kathy Hochul announced a tentative labor agreement for The City University of New York (CUNY) employees on Jan. 10, 2024. The proposed contract is subject to approval by the CUNY Board of Trustees and ratification by union membership. Update 1/17/2025: CUNY members are scheduled to start receiving retro payments on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2025.
