General Shop Steward
Step Up as a Leader for Your Workplace and Union!
This comprehensive 10-session course is designed to equip DC 37 members with a strong foundation in the critical role of a Shop Steward.
What You’ll Learn:
- The role and responsibilities of a Shop Steward
- Workplace organizing essentials
- DC 37’s structure, benefits & services
- How to be an effective union representative
Course Options:
- Weeknight Series: Meets once a week for 10 weeks – 100% Online
- Saturday Series: Meets once a week for 5 consecutive Saturdays (same curriculum, condensed schedule)
