DC 37 Education Fund Classes

High School Equivalency program at Hostos Community College

High School Equivalency classes are available to prepare you to take and pass the New York State high school equivalency exam – the GED exam. There are four subtests on this revised exam: Math, Science, Social Studies and Reasoning Through Language Arts (RLA), which combines the Reading and Writing subtests. Classes are held, online or live.

ONLINE Pre-High School Equivalency (HSE) Test Preparation
This course focuses on providing basic math, reading and writing skills to adult learners who need additional instruction to prepare for the GED exam.

Online HSE Math Preparation New
This course is designed for students who need to pass the Math section of the GED exam.
GED or TASC Exam transcript is required upon request.

Requirement: If you took the NYS exam and passed any subtest, you must present your TASC™ or GED® transcript results upon request.
