DC 37 Education Fund Classes

High School Equivalency program at Hostos Community College

High School Equivalency classes are available to prepare you to take and pass the New York State high school equivalency exam – the GED exam. There are four subtests on this revised exam: Math, Science, Social Studies and Reasoning Through Language Arts (RLA), which combines the Reading and Writing subtests. Classes are held in-person. For all subject areas, apply for the four night schedule. For Math and Science Preparation, apply for the Monday/Wednesday schedule. For Language Arts and Social Studies, apply for the Tuesday/Thursday schedule.

GED or TASC Exam transcript is required upon request.

Requirement: If you took the NYS exam and passed any subtest, you must present your TASC™ or GED® transcript results upon request.
