Board of Education Employees Local 372 President Shaun D. Francois I signs the deal closing on a new permanent headquarters in midtown Manhattan. Francois is also president of DC 37. The site, which is now undergoing construction, will be ready in eight months. “After construction is completed, our offices will offer full service to our members, including conference and meeting rooms, and needed space for our staff,” said Francois, who added this move was part of an aggressive push to secure the local’s future.
